Peek-a-Doodle is a mobile application and web service that allows users to create and share doodles with friends and family through groups. The Service includes features such as:

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Guest Accounts

We offer guest account functionality. Guest accounts have limited features and may be subject to deletion after a period of inactivity.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the doodles and content you create and share through the Service. By sharing content, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and display your content
  • Transmit your content to other group members
  • Make your content available through push notifications

Content Guidelines

You agree not to create or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Harasses or threatens other users
  • Violates the privacy of others

Groups

Groups allow you to share doodles with multiple users. You agree that:

  • Group creators are responsible for managing their groups
  • Content shared in groups is visible to all group members
  • You may be removed from groups by the group creator
  • You can leave groups at any time

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Spam or harass other users

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Peek-a-Doodle and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

Governing Law
